Lease and Build to Suit Opportunities.
Located on the grounds – and just outside the gate – of Kennedy Space Center, Exploration Park offers both lease and build-to-suit opportunities to businesses who want to be part of the premier aerospace commerce park in the United States.
The Exploration Park development team has identified six industry clusters to lay the foundation for the development of the Park:
